Registration

Early bird registration is now open and closes on 29 June. Registration will be open however until 27 July at a higher price.

An accompanying person is costed at $850. They will receive all meals and accommodation during the symposium.

* Non members will incur an additional charge of $100. Registrations received after 29 June, 2007 will incur an additional charge of $200.

How to Register

All delegates are required to register by completing the attached form and faxing it to Susan Woodfield on +61 7 4930 6968. Alternatively you may PDF a completed registration form and email it to shiftwork2007@cqu.edu.au

Payment of fees must accompany the registration form. Payments received without forms attached cannot be processed. Discounted Early Bird registrations fees are only applicable if the registration form and payment are received by 29 June 2007.

Your registration will be acknowledged by e-mail with confirmation of your booking. Delegates are advised to check their confirmation and advise the organizers immediately of any amendments.

Cancellations

Cancellations after 27 July 2007 will forfeit 50% of the total registration payable (GST included). Cancellations after 10 August 2007 will not be refunded.

Financial Assistance

It is recognized that some delegates may require financial assistance to attend the symposium. Requests will be competitive and considered on a case by case basis following notification of acceptance. Closing date for applications for financial assistance is Monday, 14 May.

Requests can be made from academics and doctoral students who have had their submissions to the 18th Symposium on Shiftwork and Working Time accepted. Your application should contain at minimum; a current CV listing all publications and a statement concerning the relevance/importance of the research to be presented at the symposium. Recipients are expected to submit a manuscript for consideration to either journal and must attend the symposium each day. Finally, recipients must be prepared to stay in the Melaleuca units and perhaps share this room.
